Von der Leyen and Johnson will meet for a "final" Brexit dinner tonight in Brussels. Just to remind you: Brexit is based on lies, the leave campaign broke electoral law, and the British government refused to have a Mueller-style investigation into foreign (Russian, ...) meddling. The referendum was advisory and it is very unwise not to demand a two-third or 60% majority for such a serious political affair. The referendum did not say what kind of Brexit was envisaged. The fact alone, that no-deal became a potential (or even probable) version of Brexit, is in stark contrast to all the slogans used by the leave campaign. Furthermore: British citizens not living in Britain were denied a vote.
